Subject: Great recipe's
Good Morning Barbara,
I prepared the full menu of
recipe's from Friday's class for my wife on
Sunday. The meal was such a treat for her, and
being quite pleased, she asked me to E-mail you
and let you know how wonderful the dinner meal
was. She loved each and every one of the
recipe's, especially the crostini with the
portabella mushrooms with balsamic reduction.
Thanks again, for a wonderful
class and please keep me advised of any other
classes you will be conducting during the summer
months in the "EVENINGS ONLY. "

Barbara:
I took your “Easy N Elegant
Dinner Party” and loved it. Have made many
recipes, over and over again. ( especially
asparagus crepes, wild mixed mushroom soup,
rosemary roasted potatoes!!!) During the class
you said that you had a great mashed potato
recipe. Could you send it to me? Also, could you
please let me know when you are teaching next. I
really had a great time, and learned a whole lot
in your class. I am a new cook and really
appreciated your explanations.
Amy Chasin.
