Barbara was recently chosen by Shady Brook Farms to be one of their regional Turkey Ambassadors for 2005. Barbara recently attended Turkey Academy, a 2 day training session on all things Turkey and received the prestigious distinction of Certified Turkey Diva. As a regional Turkey Diva Barbara will be sponsored by Shady Brook Farms at various food events, seminars and cooking classes, such as Turkey-It's Not Just for Thanksgiving. Barbara will promote Shady Brook Farms products via personal appearances and media interviews in the territory of NY, Trenton, Philadelphia, Washington DC and the surrounding areas.
